As a fourth generation Jacksonville resident, Jessica Miller offers a unique perspective on the local real estate market. She has amassed fifteen years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, property management and historic home renovation throughout the First Coast.
She is an active real estate investor with a diverse portfolio (now and past) in residential, warehouse and office buildings. She is a passionate advocate for the growth and renovation of Jacksonville and the Urban Core. Jessica holds a B.A. in Transportation and Logistics as well as an MBA from The University of North Florida.
Prior to joining the Coffey team Jessica worked for Crowley Liner Services as intermodal supervisor and later customer care rep for national accounts. She moved on to start and run a horticultural brokerage firm, The David James Tree Company, and Bel Meridian Nursery. In addition, Jessica has also served her community as inventory manager at Second Harvest Food Bank.
Outside of work, Jessica is an avid traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and lover of all animals. She brings high-energy and passion to her work and is a dedicated professional focused on providing the greatest possible outcome for her clients.
