Karyn was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and educated at the University of Richmond Business School. She spent her summers and vacations in Saint Augustine, Florida with her family which dates back 15 generations. Since a young age she has been surrounded by historic architecture, homes and the beach which is why Saint Augustine is her hometown by choice today. Her 22 years work experience branches out nationwide from New York City, Chicago, to Miami, just to name. In those years she specialized in the commercial and residential development, interior design and real estate marketing arena. She brings this background and knowledge to her real estate sales profession.
